Omoye Zindzi Iyayi is a lawyer and Human Resources and Organisational Development professional with over 17 years of experience across the private and development sectors. Her expertise spans strategic human resource management, organisational development, project coordination, and strategic communications, with a focus on strengthening organisational effectiveness, fostering collaboration, and supporting initiatives that deliver meaningful social impact. As part of the Gender-Inclusive Climate Change Governance (GENCGOV) project, she contributes to project implementation, stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and knowledge dissemination, helping to bridge research, policy, and practice. Drawing on her background in law, development management, and organisational strategy, Omoye is interested in how organisations and institutions can advance inclusion, equity, and sustainable development through effective leadership, people-centred policies, and evidence-informed decision-making. She is also pursuing research interests in gender-inclusive governance, migration, human rights, and climate governance. She is passionate about building partnerships across academia, policy, and practice to strengthen institutional capacity and advance more inclusive and equitable governance outcomes.
