Eya Nnabuike PhD

Nnabuike Eya is Programme Manager for the UKRI Future Leaders Fellowship project on Gender Inclusive Climate Change Governance (University of Bradford). He works closely with the Principal Investigator, Dr Pedi Obani, to coordinate the project’s research, community engagement, and advocacy workstreams. He also worked within the UK Home Office Digital environment, where he specialised in project delivery, technology implementation, risk management, operational transformation and stakeholder engagement across complex digital programmes. His experience spans procurement, systems integration, service improvement and delivery of technology solutions for frontline operational teams. His professional interests focus on climate justice, gender-inclusive governance, digital innovation, research impact and cross-sector collaboration. His work brings together academic research, public service delivery and community-focused approaches to strengthen equitable climate responses and advance global climate governance.
