James Oketch, MCIArb

James Oketch is a rising commercial lawyer with expertise in arbitration, insolvency, business restructuring, and intellectual property law. He holds an LLB (Hons) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), the Law Society of Kenya, and the East Africa Law Society. James has undertaken specialised training in Insolvency and Business Restructuring Laws & Practice at the Kenya School of Law, giving him a strong command of Kenya’s insolvency ecosystem and its alignment with international legal standards.
